Gold colors
Yellow, white, rose
18 karat gold contains 75% gold and 25% other metals, often copper or silver: these metals give gold its color.
The international scale of gold colors
An international standard defines seven standard colors of gold alloys, from 0N to 6N, each with a precise colorimetric value. Choose a code: the swatch shows the color calculated from the values of the standard.
Colors calculated from the nominal CIELAB values of the standard (10° observer); on screen the rendering depends on your display.
The Cammilli Firenze palette
Cammilli Firenze, a Florentine brand available in our shop, has created its own range of 18 kt gold colors, presented together in the Dune collection; here we show those currently in production.
These shades come from special gold alloys; some, such as Black Lava, are enhanced with a rhodium treatment. The swatches are indicative: the true color is best seen in our shop.
