Two fundamental tips to correctly organize your jewelry

1. Each model requires a different arrangement

Before arranging your jewelry, you need to figure out which ones you wear and sort them out between jewelry and costume jewelry.

Next, we suggest you:

  • divide them in turn by type: necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings;

  • choose those that need to be taken to the jeweler to be cleaned or fixed.

Following the jewelry arrangement by type will help you find the right jewels for the right occasion at a glance, even when you only have a little time to curate your outfit.

Try to hang necklaces vertically so they don't form knots and show lengths so you can choose the best one for your outfits.

Store the rings in a way that they do not touch each other so as not to scratch them.

Each earring shape requires its very own arrangement. For example, butterfly ones need a cut or pierced earring holder; chandelier ones, on the other hand, should be hung.

You should also pay special attention to the arrangement of rigid Bangles bracelets; they should never be placed on top of each other but placed vertically on a cylindrical-shaped cushion.

2. Different care for different raw materials

In addition to the type of jewelry, the second critically important aspect is the raw materials that make up your jewelry.

It would help if you stored each piece of jewelry correctly because all metals, even the most precious ones, are easily scratched upon contact with other objects, and stones can lose their luster over time.

Exposure to air and light oxidizes even the most precious metals, so we recommend that our customers use the original boxes, soft cloth, or velvet bags.

Pearls and corals are composed of natural organic material that requires care. In this specific case, wiping with a soft, dampened cloth is necessary to prevent the pearls and corals from becoming damaged and dehydrated and then storing them in places that are not too dry and warm.

It is essential not to use plastic organizers that can release harmful chemicals.

Please ask your trusted jeweler for clarification if you need to know your jewelry's raw materials because it was a gift.
